Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover your use of WaitEnd: the platform, the app, and everything you book, order or pay for through them.
The service
WaitEnd connects you with restaurants so you can reserve tables, order and pay from your phone.
The restaurants themselves, not WaitEnd, are responsible for honouring the reservations and fulfilling the orders you place through the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use WaitEnd.
Bookings and orders
A booking is a request. The restaurant may accept or decline it, and a request is not confirmed until they accept it.
When you place an order you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. That amount is priced by the restaurant and is final. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cancellations and refunds follow each restaurant's own policy. Our support team can help you raise one.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners. A payment is only complete once they confirm it to us. Until then, an order stays unpaid and the restaurant will not have started it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other customers or restaurants, or use WaitEnd for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
