Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the reservations and orders you place through the platform.

We also collect basic usage information: your approximate location, used only to show restaurants near you; the type of device you are on; and how you move through the app, so we can find what is broken.

To run the service: creating and managing your bookings and orders, sending you status updates about them, processing payments through our payment partners, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Restaurants you book with or order from receive only what they need to serve you, for example your name, party size, and any request you attached to a reservation.

Payments are handled by our payment partners under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card details.

Your account and its booking and order history are kept while your account is open, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep transaction records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us from the Help and Support section of the app and our team will action it.
