Does it cost anything to use WaitEnd?
No. Making an account and booking a table are free. You pay the restaurant for what you order — reserving a table never needs a payment.
Does WaitEnd deliver?
No. WaitEnd is for eating at the restaurant, or ordering ahead and collecting at the counter. You won't find delivery riders or delivery fees here.
How do I pay?
By UPI, with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other UPI app. You can pay a dine-in bill from the table, and pickup orders are paid when you place them.
Can I just walk in without booking?
Yes, at any restaurant that offers dine-in. When the restaurant seats you on WaitEnd, your table appears in the app, and you can order and pay from your phone just as you would with a booking.
What if my plans change?
Open the booking from My bookings and cancel it or ask for a different time. The restaurant sees the change straight away, so your table goes to someone else rather than sitting empty.
How do I know a restaurant has space?
The time slots come from the restaurant's own schedule and seating. If a time is shown, you can request it, and the restaurant confirms it on WaitEnd.
